Many people look forward to their microdose. It is a promise of heightened creativity, better mood, and improved focus and productivity. Swallowed whole or chewed, before or after breakfast, most people have worked out their sweet spot. For some folks however, this little action stops them before they’ve started. Some people — perhaps you might be one of them — just don’t enjoy consuming their microdose.
Maybe you’re someone who doesn’t like the taste of magic truffles (though some people do love the nutty flavor!)
Or perhaps you are someone who doesn’t like swallowing pills, let alone a microdose, who even struggles to take a paracetamol for a hangover.
Some people find that even a tiny dose, like a microdose can cause a wave of nausea.
If any of these scenarios ring true for you — we see you! And you shouldn’t be prevented from microdosing.
Everyone Loves a Cuppa
So we have the answer for you…
Everyone loves a nice warm cup of tea don’t they?
Yep! If you didn’t already know, your magic truffle microdose can be made into an easy to drink, infinitely customisable beverage.
Even if you have no problem taking that microdose, perhaps you want to switch it up, try something new. Maybe you wanna take your microdose at midday and don’t want to take the packet to work. Maybe there’s no such thing as too much tea!
And for those in the nausea club — this is caused by the cell walls of the magic truffle which contain chitins, which are hard to digest for some people. Letting the microdose brew in hot water breaks down the chitins and other components while the psilocybin is absorbed by the water.
Yippee for tea!

A Great Start to Your Day
Many people enjoy the ritual of making microdose tea because it helps them to be mindful and have moment of quiet at the beginning of the day.
Pssst! Our favorite microdose tea additions are a chamomile tea bag and fresh chopped ginger! Chamomile is calming and tasty, while ginger combats nausea but also adds a kick. This makes your tea a two pronged wellness boost — microdosing for your mental health while simultaneously hydrating and invigorating your body. Sometimes we even add a squeeze of honey!
Happy microdosing!
